We know that every customer has a different set of priorities when it comes to their car. We have chosen a few categories which we think will help us to advise you on how to service your vehicle.
"Just Fix It" My car represents a significant investment and I want you to do everything to keep its value high and lifetime costs low. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
"Sustainably Green" I am the most concerned about my impact on the environment, please advise me of anything I can do to keep my vehicle in complete emissions compliance and prevent leaks from my vehicle.
"Discretionary" I have a limited amount of funds at this time, please help me plan the best way to spend my money on the car. Sometimes there’s too much month at the end of my money.
"Safety Only" If it’s not going to kill me and my family or strand me on the side of the road don’t worry about it. Only fix the minimum amount of stuff since it is just a way to get me from “A” to “B”.
Just a reminder of how we strive to fulfill our part of a great service relationship
When you bring your car to us for an oil change we take pride in being able to let you know how it's doing. It's like a checkup at your doctor's office. We'll even prioritize the items on the list so you know which ones need attention right away and which ones you can hold off on for a while. Click here for a sample inspection report.
Check engine light scans take about five minutes for any vehicle newer than 1996. We'll gladly take the time to do a quick scan for you to let you know why that little yellow light came on. If it's going to take some time to diagnose we'll talk about what it costs at that point before we start spending your money.
Repair estimates are quick and easy to do and we're always willing to help you figure out how much money to save up for that major maintenance item that's comming up.
